Mentorship
Mentoring an FLL Team
We mentor System Smasher #53129 through weekly sessions — guiding them through robot design, programming basics, and the engineering design process, while building confidence, teamwork skills, and a real love for STEM.
In addition to weekly meetings, we assist with basic autonomous programming, attachment iteration, match strategy, and preparation for FLL judging and presentations, helping the team build confidence both technically and collaboratively.
